- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree NOT to use GreenTickWA for:
- Sending spam or unsolicited promotional messages
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any individual or group
- Sending illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to bypass WhatsApp's terms of service or rate limits
- Using auto-clickers on Google AdSense or any other advertising platform
5. WhatsApp Compliance
GreenTickWA is a tool that facilitates sending messages via WhatsApp. You are solely responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and policies. We are not liable for any WhatsApp account bans or restrictions that may result from your use of our service. We recommend:
- Using a secondary phone number for bulk messaging
- Maintaining reasonable gaps (15+ seconds) between messages
- Avoiding sending identical messages to too many recipients
- Adding contacts to your phone before sending
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of GreenTickWA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by GreenTickWA and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
GreenTickWA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the service will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
