Yes! GreenTickWA is completely free to use. There are no hidden charges, no premium plans, and no credit card required. We believe that bulk WhatsApp messaging should be accessible to everyone.

All features including CSV upload, message templates, group management, and auto-clicker support are available for free.

How do I create an account?

Follow these steps to create your free account:

  1. Click on "Register New Account" button on the homepage
  2. Enter your name, select country code, and enter your mobile number
  3. Create a password and confirm it
  4. Click "REGISTER NOW" button
  5. After registration, click the WhatsApp activation link to activate your account
  6. Wait 15-30 minutes for approval, then login and start sending messages

Account & Activation

Why is my account showing "INACTIVE"?

Newly registered accounts are set to "INACTIVE" status for security purposes. To activate your account:

  1. After registration, you will see a WhatsApp activation link
  2. Click the link to send an activation request to our support team
  3. Include your mobile number and activation code in the message
  4. Our team will activate your account within 15-30 minutes

If you haven't received activation within 24 hours, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9824726525.

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

To recover your password, please contact our support team on WhatsApp at +91 9824726525 with your registered mobile number. We will help you reset your password.

How long does account activation take?

Account activation typically takes 15-30 minutes after you send the WhatsApp activation request. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours. We process activation requests manually to prevent spam and misuse.

CSV File & Messages

What is the correct CSV format?

Your CSV file must have exactly 3 columns in this order:

country_code,mobile_number,message_text
91,9876543210,Hello! This is a test message

  • Column 1: Country code without '+' (e.g., 91 for India, 1 for USA)
  • Column 2: Mobile number (digits only, no spaces or dashes)
  • Column 3: Your message text (can be any text)

Note: The first row is treated as data, not as a header. Do not include a header row.

How many contacts can I upload at once?

You can upload up to 1000 contacts per CSV file. If you have more contacts, you can create multiple CSV files and upload them separately. Each group can have unlimited contacts across multiple uploads.

What file formats are supported?

Currently, we support only CSV (Comma Separated Values) files. Make sure your file has the .csv extension.

Sending Messages

How do I send messages using GreenTickWA?

Follow these steps to send bulk WhatsApp messages:

  1. Login to your GreenTickWA account
  2. Upload CSV file with country codes and mobile numbers
  3. Create or select a group for your contacts
  4. Create a message template or use an existing one
  5. Select SEND VIA DESKTOP or SEND VIA MOBILE option
  6. Use auto-clicker to automate the sending process
  7. Maintain 15-20 seconds gap between messages

What is the recommended gap between messages?

We strongly recommend maintaining a gap of 15-20 seconds between each message. This helps prevent WhatsApp from flagging your account for spam and reduces the risk of getting banned.

Using an auto-clicker with a 15-20 second delay setting is the best practice.

Can I send images or media files?

Currently, GreenTickWA supports text messages only. You can include emojis, links, and formatting in your text messages. For images and media, you would need to send them manually through WhatsApp.

WhatsApp Safety & Ban Prevention

Will my WhatsApp number get banned?

If you follow our safety guidelines, the risk of getting banned is very low. Here are some tips:

  • ✅ Use a secondary WhatsApp number for bulk messaging
  • ✅ Maintain 15-20 seconds gap between messages
  • ✅ Add contacts to your phone before sending messages
  • ✅ Use official WhatsApp app (not modded versions)
  • Avoid sending identical messages to too many people
  • ✅ Encourage two-way communication with recipients
  • Don't use automated replies or chatbots

What should I do if my WhatsApp number is banned?

If your WhatsApp number gets banned, you can:

  1. Contact WhatsApp support through the app to request a review
  2. Wait for the ban to be lifted (usually 24-72 hours for temporary bans)
  3. Use a different phone number for your WhatsApp account
  4. Review your messaging practices and reduce sending frequency

Note: GreenTickWA is not responsible for WhatsApp account bans. We recommend using a secondary number for bulk messaging.

What is an auto-clicker and why do I need it?

An auto-clicker is a tool that automatically clicks on your screen at set intervals. You need it to automate the message sending process on GreenTickWA. Instead of manually clicking "SEND" for each contact, the auto-clicker does it for you.

Can I use auto-clicker on Google AdSense ads?

ABSOLUTELY NOT! Using auto-clickers on Google AdSense ads is strictly prohibited and violates Google's policies. This can lead to immediate termination of your AdSense account. Only use auto-clickers for the message sending functionality of GreenTickWA.
